Beef patties were bought for $6+ at Cold Storage in packs of 10. Frozen and needed to be deep fried. Each patty took about 4-5 minutes to cook through, put into the oil direct from freezer.
Used a can of Narcissus button mushrooms, seasoned with italian spice, paprika, black/white peppers, light soya sauce and 2 tablespoons of butter. Cooked the mushrooms for about 5 mins.
Toasted the bread, spread butter & mayonnaise, put in patties, mushrooms and added sliced cheese. Throw in a couple of pretzels and a sliced banana for the sides. Poured a cup of Meiji milk and VOILA! Dinner!
