Every time I step on the scales, my heart skips a beat as I look down and blink a couple of times to check the scale.
The scale showed a lovely firm 85kg. (whooop!!!)
Thats a total of 10kg can!
I can't believe that I'm now 30kg away from my target! WhoooooooT!!!
